The room was not as clean AS i expected. I found dust in the shower and on the shelves under the sink. This REALLY bothered me.

the hotel's location felt a little too far from town for me i opted for taxis back each night as the walk was longer than expected this added an extra cost to my stay and reduced the convenience

Wonderful Stay with Really good Service

The staff were really good, from the cute greeting to our departure. Anna, the Manager at the front desk, was very cute, and nothing seemed too difficult for her. Konstantine at the front desk provided excellent service, and Ilir, the Restaurant Captain, were very good too meet all our needs. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch (such a treat after a long day of exploring!).
Although undeniably comfortable, the sun beds are starting to show some wear and could benefit from being renewed. The pool area could also use more frequent sweeping to keep it tidy. I think these small improvements would make a significant difference.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which i found nice for a relaxing holiday. The harbour is within walking distance. It is an easy walk to explore the local attractions. A local shop is just down the road, a short walk away.

The rooms were superb, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and everything one could need during a stay. I especially liked how private the bathroom was (a must for me!).

The breakfast buffet was excellent. It featured a diverse selection, and everything tasted fresh (I especially liked the local cheeses). The room was also cleaned daily to a high standard. I found the housekeeping meticulous and attentive to details. The pool area was well kept with comfortable sunbeds. I always found a spot without any trouble.
The location was a bit further from the main attractions than I anticipated. It required a 20-minute walk to reach the main harbor. The gym was small. It included only a few machines. The bar closed quite early. The bar closed at 11 PM, limiting options for a late-night drink.

the staff was amazing and were pretty good. the bar staff were friendly and helpful. ladies at reception helped with reservations and late checkout. the pool area had comfy sun loungers, and there were plenty available. i booked a trip to zia through the hotel and visited papas beach bar. i found the sun loungers and cabanas free if eating and drinking there.
i thought storage space in the bathroom was lacking. there was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower. i also found the sink being in the main living area difficult. it's a small thing, but definitely something i noticed.

The staff really shined, tending to every request with prompt attention and genuine care. housekeeping visited daily and changed our towels plus refreshed the room. breakfast offered plentiful choices. I liked the eggs and pancakes made to order. i found the poolside bar service quick, it was a relaxing experience.
the hotel location feels somewhat remote, it is a little distant from main attractions.

The pool area is awesome! i loved the comfortable sunbeds. There were no sunbed wars. our room was always super clean and super modern. we had some dietary needs for my son. the staff at breakfast was so kind, and the chef even cooked something off menu for him at lunch!
the hotel is located in a slightly desolate area on a side road. there is a dilapidated hotel nearby. this detracted a bit from the hotel's overall refined vibe, but it wasn't a huge deal.
